10 Best Gluten-Free Restaurants in Lanai
Looking for the best gluten-free restaurants in Lanai? Whether you’re visiting the smallest of the major Hawaiian Islands with celiac disease, a gluten intolerance, or you simply feel better avoiding gluten, this guide has you covered.
Lanai is by far the most exclusive and least developed of the Hawaiian Islands. Most of the dining is concentrated at the two Four Seasons properties and a small handful of spots in Lanai City.
The good news is that those Four Seasons restaurants are used to accommodating dietary restrictions at a high level. So even though the list here is much shorter than what you’ll find for Maui, Oahu, Kauai, or the Big Island, the quality and care are excellent.

Book your Lanai vacation with a Hawaii Travel Agent
Who am I? I’m glad you asked! My name is Amy, and I’m a travel agent specializing in honeymoons and Hawaii vacations.
More importantly to the topic at hand, I have Celiac disease, so I’m strictly gluten-free! I’ve also helped many clients with Celiac or gluten intolerance, along with other dietary restrictions. Contact me today for help with your Hawaii vacation – gluten-free or not!

Most visitors fly into Lanai or arrive by ferry from Maui and stay put at the Four Seasons. If you want to explore Lanai City, the Munro Trail, or Garden of the Gods, you’ll want a 4WD vehicle. Need to rent a car? Make sure to grab one from Discount Hawaii Rental Cars!
If you book at the Four Seasons or Sensei Lanai, you’ll want to do it with a FSPP. What is that? A Four Seasons Preferred Partner, like me! You’ll get extra perks like free breakfast, resort credit, and a possible room upgrade.
