Four Seasons Preferred Partner: Why to Book Four Seasons Hawaii with a Travel Agent
Thinking about staying at a Four Seasons in Hawaii? Booking through a Four Seasons Preferred Partner travel agent gets you perks that aren’t available anywhere else.
Today, I’ll explain exactly what the Four Seasons Preferred Partner program is, what benefits you’ll receive, and why it matters for each of the Four Seasons properties in Hawaii.
Who am I? I’m glad you asked! My name is Amy, and I’m a travel agent specializing in honeymoons and Hawaii vacations. I’ve worked with countless clients booking Four Seasons Hawaii, from first-time visitors to couples returning every year, and being a Four Seasons Preferred Partner means I can give every one of them perks they couldn’t get on their own. Contact me to start planning your Hawaii trip today!

What Is a Four Seasons Preferred Partner?
Four Seasons Preferred Partner (often abbreviated as FSPP) is an invitation-only program for select luxury travel advisors. Not every travel agent qualifies. Four Seasons chooses Preferred Partners based on their expertise, booking volume, and commitment to the brand.
When you book your Four Seasons stay through a Preferred Partner travel agent, you’re added to Four Seasons’ Preferred Partner rate code. This unlocks a set of exclusive benefits that are applied to your reservation automatically. You still pay the same rate you’d find on the Four Seasons website. No markup, no extra fees.
The Four Seasons Preferred Partner program is separate from Four Seasons’ own loyalty program, and its benefits differ. If you’ve heard of Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts or other luxury hotel programs, FSPP is generally considered superior because the hotel prioritizes upgrades more.

Four Seasons Preferred Partner Benefits
When you book Four Seasons Hawaii through a Preferred Partner travel agent, here’s what you get:
Complimentary breakfast for two, daily. This is one of the most valuable perks in the program. At Four Seasons Hawaii properties, breakfast for two can easily run $100 or more per day. Over a week-long stay, that adds up quickly.
A hotel or resort credit. The credit amount varies by property and room category, but typically starts at $100. For suite bookings, the credit is often higher. You can use it on spa treatments, dining, activities, or anything else charged to your room.
A complimentary room upgrade, subject to availability. The Preferred Partner upgrades are prioritized above most other programs. You won’t always get a category jump, but it happens more often than people expect.
A warm welcome. Four Seasons properties treat Preferred Partner bookings with extra attention. That often means a personal welcome from on-property management and enhanced recognition throughout your stay.
These Four Seasons Preferred Partner benefits apply at every participating Four Seasons property worldwide, including all five Four Seasons resorts in Hawaii.
Four Seasons Maui at Wailea
Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea is one of the most popular Four Seasons properties in the world, and for good reason. It sits on Wailea Beach, consistently ranked among the best beaches in the country, and the service is exceptional even by Four Seasons standards.

As a Four Seasons Preferred Partner and Hawaii specialist, I can also help you choose the right room category for your budget and travel style, whether that’s a garden-view room, an ocean-view room, or one of the oceanfront suites at Wailea.
I have videos of the resort, along with some of the room categories:
- Four Seasons Maui at Wailea Resort Tour
- 1-bedroom oceanfront club suite Four Seasons Maui Room Tour
- Four Seasons Maui Deluxe Club Oceanview Room Tour
Four Seasons Resort Hualalai
Four Seasons Resort Hualalai on the Big Island is one of the most exclusive resorts in Hawaii. It’s a low-rise, bungalow-style property on the Kohala Coast, with a strong focus on wellness, local culture, and understated luxury.

Hualalai is particularly popular for honeymoons and milestone trips. I’ve booked honeymooners and milestone anniversaries here more than any other type of trip.
The Big Island is a unique island, but it isn’t always the right fit for every trip. If you’re deciding between Four Seasons Hualalai and another resort, I can help you figure out which is the right fit.
Four Seasons Preferred Partner at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina
Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina is set in the sheltered lagoons of Ko Olina on Oahu’s west side. It’s a great choice for families, couples who want a resort experience away from the bustle of Waikiki. It’s also great for anyone looking for excellent pools, beach access, and top-tier dining all in one place.
As a bonus, it’s right next to Disney’s Aulani and shares a beach so you can grab a Dole Whip or Mickey-shaped Shave Ice any time.

As a Preferred Partner, I can book Four Seasons Ko Olina with the FSPP benefits at the same rate you’d pay booking directly.
Four Seasons Lanai and Sensei Lanai
Lanai has two Four Seasons properties, both worth knowing about even if they’re less commonly booked than Maui or Hualalai.
Four Seasons Resort Lanai at Manele Bay is an oceanfront property with world-class dining and a stunning setting above Hulopoe Bay. Sensei Lanai, A Four Seasons Resort is a wellness-focused adults-only retreat with a Nobu restaurant and a spa built around the Sensei longevity philosophy.
Both properties participate in the Four Seasons Preferred Partner program. So, the same breakfast, resort credit, and upgrade benefits apply here too.
Sensei Lanai is one of only two adults-only resorts in Hawaii. I also have a blog post with 20 Best Things to do in Lanai.
How to Book Four Seasons Hawaii Through a Preferred Partner
Booking through a Four Seasons Preferred Partner travel agent is simple. Just contact me and mention that you’d like to book Four Seasons with an FSPP.
One important note: you cannot add Preferred Partner benefits to a reservation you’ve already made. If you’ve booked directly with Four Seasons, you would need to cancel and rebook through a Preferred Partner agent to access the perks. Rates are typically the same, so it’s usually worth doing if you’re still within the cancellation window.
As a Hawaii specialist and Four Seasons Preferred Partner, I handle all of this for you. I know each Four Seasons Hawaii property well. I understand which room categories are worth the upgrade and which aren’t, and I’m available to answer questions before and during your trip.
